About these terms
The website at compass-pm.io (the “Site”) is operated by Compass Project Management Ltd. (“Compass”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. Any consulting or management services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between Compass and the client.
Using the site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes, to learn about Compass and to contact us. You agree not to:

- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;

Information on the site
The content on the Site is general information about Compass and its services. It is not professional, financial, legal or other advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Descriptions of our services and experience are summaries and may change without notice.
Submitting the contact form does not create any obligation on either side.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Compass name and marks, illustrations and layout — are owned by Compass or used under license, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Names and logos of other organizations shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
