Compass Project Management Ltd. (“Compass”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at compass-pm.io (the “Site”). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. Please do not include sensitive or classified information in the form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. This data is used to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
What we do not collect. The Site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services;
- prepare and manage a business relationship you have asked us to start;
- operate, maintain and protect the Site; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation apply, we rely on the following grounds: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and running a secure website; and compliance with legal obligations.

How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for as long as required to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Hosting logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to or restrict certain processing; and
- receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
These include the rights of access and correction under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the rights available under the GDPR. To make a request, email info@compass-pm.io. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority.
You can always choose not to use the contact form. Because the Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, there are no cookie settings to change.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and public-sector organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
